Fees
Fees schedule published in accordance with article 6-1 of Law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970. All amounts include VAT.
Guests: the rental price, any booking fee and the security deposit are shown in your booking quote before you pay. The tourist tax set by the commune of Les Belleville is payable in addition.
Property owners: seasonal rental commission up to 30% of rental income. Additional services (cleaning, linen, check-in, maintenance) on quotation. The rate and services that apply are set out in each owner's management agreement.
Only signed contracts, booking confirmations and quotations are binding.

4. Who receives it
Your data is used by Snow&Co and shared only with service providers acting on our behalf:

Some providers (such as Wix, Mailchimp and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, transfers are covered by European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

AI Photography Disclosure
Some of our property photographs have been enhanced using AI tools to realistically add seasonal snow where photos were taken outside the winter season. Every effort is made to preserve the natural views and surrounding landscape as accurately as possible, and we do not use AI to materially alter, add or remove features within the property itself. The aim is simply to provide a realistic representation of how the property looks during the winter season.
