Our story begins long before the company itself, with our founder Emma, whose passion for hospitality was shaped by years of running and managing chalets in one of the most beloved alpine destinations in France, Les Belleville valley.
From detailed housekeeping to curating tailored catering experiences for clients, Emma has overseen every element of exceptional chalet service. Her hands-on experience, deep understanding of guest expectations, and commitment to creating warm, memorable stays laid the foundation for Snow&Co.

Snow&Co delivers seamless, trustworthy, and thoughtful property management in Les Belleville. Whether it’s a cozy family chalet or a luxury alpine apartment, we treat every property with the same care we would our own.
If you’re a guest: we arrange chalet bookings, airport transfers, ski hire, restaurant reservations, and more. You relax – we handle the details.
If you’re a property owner: we manage guest bookings, communication and cleaning. You get 100% flexibility over your own visits.
Meet Emma,
the Founder
Emma moved to the Three Valleys over ten years ago and immersed herself in the local community. She has done it all – managed ski reps, worked in local bars, curated tours, and cleaned chalets.
Following years of hands-on experience in chalet management and hospitality in the Alps, Emma saw the gap between what was promised and what was actually delivered. Snow&Co. was created to close that gap, with a more personal, dependable approach built on local presence and attention to detail.
